RegistrationAfter you installed your purchased product, please register the product via our web site. By registering your product, you will be able to download updates and request support via the Support Forum. To register, please find the registration link in the e-mail sent to you during the order process. Alternatively, you may go to the registration form and register by entering your Order ID, your E-mail Address, and the Download Code. For the E-mail Address, please use the e-mail address used when placing your order. Please note that you have to be logged into the forum before you can register. For more information about registration, please see the Wiki Documentation. If you have lost your Download Code, you may request it be resent to you using our resend form here . Downloading UpdatesOnce you have registered your product, you may download new updates from the GMITC website for the duration of your subscription period. To download, visit http://gmitc.biz/support/download.html . In order to download new updates, you must have previously registered your product and be logged into the forum. Documentation WikiThe new documentation wiki offers a wide range of manual, tutorials, and FAQs that can answer many of your questions about using GMITC products. Supported FeaturesGenerally speaking, GMITC strives to assist our users to use the products in the most beneficial, efficient and productive ways. Priority will be given to issues relating to installation, configuration, and basic usage as described in our product documentation. We do not provide support for the following activities:
Requesting SupportThe forum is our main channel of communication for our community and clients. Users should post questions if they are still within the support period. To post questions, users will have to already be registered in the forum. When posting questions, please be sure to have a detailed description of the issue at hands. Please also include any relevant screenshots to assist our support team in understanding the problem so they can address the issue promptly. We apologize but please note that we do not provide support via e-mail. Any request for support should be made through the forum. Our support team will try to respond to your question within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. It is very likely that your problem had been reported before and an answer to your question already exists on the forum. Please don't forget to search the forum before posting your question.
