Please note that in order to use our reporting applications, your system must have the following requirements:

  • MySQL 5
  • LFRM Core Component (Included with our installation package)

The Logos Application packages consists of the Logos Core Component, the Logos Core Library, and an application file in XML format that you can load into Logos. Once you have completed the order and registered your site, you can then download updates for one year.

What is the minimum requirement I need to install the reporting application on my server?

To use the reporting application, your hosting provider or your server will need to have PHP 5 and MySQL 5.0.  In addition, if you wish to modify some of the queries some knowledge of database and SQL language proficiency is also required.

What version of Joomla is required to work with the reporting application?

Joomla 1.5.  We will make the reporting application available for Joomla 1.6 when it is available.

How much does the reporting application cost?

The reporting application costs $35 for one site. Multiple site licenses are available as well. Please check our product page for more details.

Can I get free update when new version of the reporting application is available?

You can download updates for up to one year.

Once I Purchase LFRM, How Do I Receive It?

After the transaction has been processed, you will receive a download link by mail. Usually this link is mailed to you immediately. You can click on My Stuff to view information about your orders, registrations, and updates. If there are any problems, please contact us via the support forum.

Once I Have the Extensions and Library, How Do I Install Them?

Why Should I Register on the Forum?

You should register on the forum if you wish to receive online support. Once you become a member of the forum, you will have access to all forum discussions and other users Q & A materials about the reporting application as well as best practices, tips and tricks.

Any part of Reporting Application, such as CMS-specific extensions or the library, are delivered unencrypted and you are free to modify any of the files for your own usage. If you wish to share your modifications, please do so on the GMITC forum but be mindful to post the modifications, not the entire file.

The Reporting Application, including the core LFRM and reporting components are licensed under the GNU General Public License. The Reporting Application does require non-Joomla libraries which must be installed in order for the application to work and can be purchased from the GMITC website.

The core LFRM component Library used by the Reporting Application is a proprietary library and its redistribution and usage, in whole or in part, is restricted by the license agreement. By purchasing, installing, or using this library, you are agreeing that its distribution and usage complies with laws in your country.

The Reporting Application is provided "as is". Although GMITC has an excellent reputation for helping users on the forum, purchase of this software does not imply any official support obligations. One may request support via the GMITC forum.
