You can use these pages to view order information, to register your product, and to download updates. After you have paid for a product, you will need to register it before downloading any updates. Please remember that in order to view this information you must be logged into the GMITC Support Forum. What Is Product Registration?After you have purchased a product you should register it in order to receive updates. What is Product Activation?This is specific to LQM 2.0 and above as you will need to enter an activation code in order to disable a nag message. You can obtain the activation code by registering your purchase. LQM 1.x and DBQ do not need an activation code although one will be generated for you - don't worry. Why Can't I See My Orders?You probably placed the order when you were not logged into the forum. You will need to login then claim the order. The Download Link Sent to Me No Longer Works.You will need to register the product. Orders made prior to 2008 used a different ordering system. Those orders have been migrated to a new system but the old download links will no longer work. If you made your order in 2008 or later then the download link is active for only five days, after which you need to register to download any files. What Do I Do if I cannot Install the Files?It depends. First, check the Users Manual. If you still have questions please search the GMITC Support Forum as someone has probably encountered and resolved this problem already. I'm Trying to Resend the Order Information for My E-Mail Address but Receive the Message "No orders have been found for this email address and product".Check the e-mail listed on the order notice sent you to when ordered the product. If you never received this notice then you may have entered the wrong e-mail address with the order.
